Get away and refocus at the Institute for Leadership Transformation!  During the Institute, you will assess where you are as a "cultural change agent" - and then learn how to move to the next level.  You'll see how you can transform your existing leadership skills into powerful spiritual leadership. 

The Pinnacle Forum Institute has been under development for several years.  Institute founder and co-developer Merrill Oster says the course curriculum highlights "what actually works to change lives and culture.  It is grounded by scripture, as well as culture-changing principles."  

In 2009, the course has been reframed to address the tough times many Partners and peers are facing.  Also new this year, the Institute will be hitting the road and can be conducted in cities around the country.  In 6-7 hours of workshop time, participants will study not only the Seven Levels of Leadership, but also timely topics including:
               - How to use Christian principles in lender negotiations
               - The Christian view of Chapter 11 as a tool for recovery
               - Money principles that work in good times and bad
               - Accounting/legal issues in light of Scripture
