Every Pinnacle Forum Partner is hand-selected and strategically placed in a formative group of leaders who are organized by age, gender, and stage of leadership development.
We value one anothers time, which is why we meet for an hour of facilitated discussion and prayer. These high-intentionality groups gather online, which enables Partners to meet while spanning time zones and full calendar schedules.
Forums expect accountability and vulnerability. They are safe places to let down your guard and bare your soul with like-minded peers who understand the complexities of life in leadership.
Each Partner is invested in the group and is asked to bring the full weight of their leadership to mutually edify one another. These safe environments provide space for the Holy Spirit to move and for people to experience transformational relationships.
Our discussions are centered around spiritual growth, seeing Christ glorified, and our influence used to expand the Kingdom of God.
